US Nationals Do Not Require an Entry Visa to Costa Rica

Yellow Fever Vaccine
Regardless of which type of visa you seek in Costa Rica, some people will be required to prove that they have received a Yellow Fever vaccination before entering CR. If you don't have proof, you could be denied entry.
